World Waterproofing Conference in December

The 7th Annual World Waterproofing Conference will be held this December 10 to 12 at the Hotel Nikko in Dusseldorf, Germany.

Organised by Applied Market Information Ltd (AMI), the conference will provide a forum for debate on the latest technology in waterproof membranes and their potential uses in the building and civil engineering industries.

The increasing use of geo-membranes in a range of environmental management capacities has been accelerated by global warming and the growing demand for industrial roof spaces to be used to generate energy.

The conference will discuss the increased demands being placed on membrane technology and how the industry is rising to meet the challenges through improved technology.

A variety of companies involved in waterproofing will be attending the conference, including architects, engineers, manufacturers, suppliers and installers. The two-day program will begin with a welcome cocktail reception at the Hotel Nikko on the evening of December 10.
